Its matrix is high-quality carbon steel. After sintering copper powder, it is rolled covering with special modified POM. When made into bearing well, it has high loads and wear-resistance. Besides, it is applied to high speed of rotating and rocking movement and the situation when it is opened and closed frequently under load or not easy to form the fluid lubrication. It can go on the maintenance without oil for long time on the condition of boundary lubrication, but makes bearing long life when refueled.
